2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include:
- Shipping illegal or restricted goods without proper authorization.
- Attempting to reverse engineer the API or software.
- Using the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages.
3. Limitation of Liability
Parcelers acts as a technology intermediary between you and logistics carriers. We are not a carrier. Therefore, we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier operational issues.
- Lost or damaged packages (unless covered by Parcelers Insurance).
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our API.
4. Payments and Fees
All fees are charged in USD unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees for SaaS plans are billed monthly. Marketplace shipping rates are dynamic and locked only at the time of booking.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard settings.
